2019 Jeep Cherokee interior review

The Jeep Cherokee 2019 features a high-value interior with soft touch surfaces and seats that stay comfortable on long journeys. Most rivals however offer more cargo space.
On its five seats the Cherokee has regular fabric taping. You can change the upholstery to fabric and vinyl or leather. A leather-wrapped steering wheel and a heated steering wheel are available, as well as power-ajusting front seats, heated and ventilated seats.
Both lines are comfortable and supportive, and both driver and passenger have plenty of space in the front line.

The back seats are space-sizeable but the sunroof effectively cuts to the headroom of the back seat.
The Cherokee has on its rear outboard seats two complete sets of LATCCH car-seat connectors. The back center of the seat has a upper anchor and a lower anchor, and the center of the seat will borrow a lower anchor from a next seat. The system is quick to use and the insurance Institute for Highway Safety has earned Good+'s top rating.
In 2019, Jeep has introduced a wider7-inch digital touch screen and Android CarPlay interface. The Uconnect infotainment system of Cherokee is easy to use with pinch-to-zoom capabilities.
Optional internal features include a rear view camera, rear parking sensors, an audio system with six speakers and a USB port. Available features include an 8.4-inch touch screen, navigation, satellite radio, additional USB ports, a nine-speaker Alpine premium audio system, push-button start, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, lane departure warning, rear cross traffic alert, forward collision warning, automatic braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, rain-sensing windshield wipers, parallel and perpendicular park assist, automatic high beams, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
